We ship across India. We also provide Cash on Delivery payment option**.

Please be advised that the following shipping policy is subject to change at the discretion of the company.

 

  1. **Order Processing Time:** Orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 days, depending on your location and distance.

 

  1. **Estimated Delivery Time:** Estimated delivery times are provided on the shipping page. However, these are approximate and rely on our shipping partner.

 

  1. **Delivery Time Factors:** Delivery times depend on location, distance, and our logistics partners. While we are not responsible for delays by courier companies or postal authorities, we will assist in tracking packages through our partner courier services.

 

  1. **Multiple Package Delivery:** Your purchases may arrive in multiple packages from various locations. However, you will incur only one delivery fee for the entire order.

 

  1. **Tracking Information:** Upon shipment, we will email you the tracking information for your package.

 

  1. **Cash On Delivery (COD):** COD is not a trial option; payment is required before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders will lead to deactivation of the COD option for future orders.

 

  1. **COD Availability:** In some areas, our shipping partners do not support COD. Please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline for any queries.

 

  1. **Special Time-Bound Delivery:** For time-sensitive delivery requests, please email us and include the requested delivery time in the order comments. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment.

 

  1. **Courier Companies:** Orders within India are fulfilled by reliable courier companies. Our coverage is limited by their service area. If your address is not served by them, we will seek alternative solutions to ensure delivery.

 

  1. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations must be requested via email within 4 hours of order placement. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds cannot be processed for orders cancelled at the doorstep or after three failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.

 

  1. **International Shipping:** Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.
